Some people have experienced tremendous relief in massage, and some people have not. The difference may be in massage capacity. Researchers at the Group Health Institute in Seattle provided the optimal amount of massage for people with chronic sore throat and examined the results. The study participants received two or three 30-minute massages or one, two, or three 60-minute massages a week. One control group does not accept any massages. Compared to the group that received no massage at all, people who received massage three times a week were almost five times more likely to report significant improvements in function and more than twice as likely to report significant reductions in pain. 비앤비 여성전용아로마스웨디시 마사지
